Melatonin spray from Sprayable Sleep
I've always had trouble falling and staying asleep. In my quest to find a "cure" I have stumbled across this product, that promises to help resolve my insomnia. I've tried their one-month trial version for only US$1, which could be shipped to HK for about US$4, or you can use the trusty Lotpost for a fraction of that. I've only tried the spray twice so can't really comment on its effectiveness.
